The website bridaldesires.in (“Website”) is owned and operated by TRANSZWARE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the applicable laws of India, having its registered office at Office No. 44, 10th Floor, Sushma Infinium, Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, Punjab – 140603, India (hereinafter referred to as “Bridal Desires”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website and your purchase of products and services offered through the Website.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund/Return Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws to use this Website and make purchases.
Persons who are legally incompetent to contract, including minors, may use the Website only through a parent or legal guardian, wherever permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time. However, changes in pricing will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed and paid for, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s).
An order will be considered accepted after successful payment/confirmation and acceptance of the order by Bridal Desires.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication method provided by you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:
Product being unavailable or out of stock.
Incorrect product or pricing information.
Payment authorization failure.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If we cancel a prepaid order after successful payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Bridal Desires does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords or other confidential payment authentication credentials.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the applicable bank, card network, UPI provider or payment gateway.
7. Payment Authorization and Failed Transactions
A transaction may fail, be declined or remain pending because of reasons including:
Insufficient funds.
Incorrect payment details.
Bank or card restrictions.
Authentication failure.
Payment gateway issues.
Network or technical problems.
Risk or fraud controls.
Limits imposed by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Bridal Desires does not control authorization decisions made by banks, card issuers, UPI providers or payment gateways.
If money is debited from your account but the order is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
Where we have not received the payment successfully, the amount may be automatically reversed by your bank/payment provider according to its applicable processing timelines.
8. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same successful order because of a technical or payment processing error, the customer should contact us with the order number and relevant transaction details.
After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment received by Bridal Desires will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable banking/payment gateway processing timelines.
9. Payment Security
Payments made through the Website are processed using third-party payment service providers.
Customers must not share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs, passwords or other confidential authentication information with any person claiming to represent Bridal Desires.
Bridal Desires will never ask customers to disclose their UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or internet banking password.
We shall not be responsible for losses resulting from a customer’s voluntary disclosure of confidential payment credentials, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to verify transactions and orders where fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorized activity is suspected.
We may temporarily place an order on hold or request additional verification before processing it.
Where necessary, we may cancel suspicious transactions and cooperate with banks, payment service providers, government authorities or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law.
11. Cancellation of Orders
Order cancellation is subject to our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Customers should submit cancellation requests before the order has been processed or dispatched, where cancellation is permitted.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such circumstances, any available return or refund option will be governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Bridal Desires may cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other reasonable operational circumstances.
For prepaid orders cancelled by Bridal Desires, the eligible amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are provided on the Website and/or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances including:

After a refund has been initiated by us, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe that a transaction is incorrect, duplicated or unauthorized, we encourage you to contact Bridal Desires customer support so that we can investigate the matter.
Customers must not knowingly submit false, misleading or fraudulent chargeback claims.
We reserve the right to provide relevant order, delivery, transaction and communication records to payment gateways, acquiring banks, issuing banks or other authorized parties for resolving legitimate payment disputes, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
Nothing in this clause limits any legal right available to a customer under applicable law.
16. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, coupon codes and discounts may be subject to separate terms including:

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
